Hi - the purpose of this blog is to discuss a book written by my father in law Bill Bailey about his adventures as a Wellington bomber pilot in World war 2.
Bloggers may add their own experiences or discuss the experiences recounted by the author.

Just found this blog and just wanted to say that this is a very exciting book. Its incredible the author is still alive after all the scrapes he got himself - or the war got him into. It certainly shows what young men had to do with very little instruction in order to keep the country free from oppression. I wish the author well and hope he continues to recover from the ill health which I undersatand has recently hit him.
Thanks again for a very good read!
